Low maintenance costs
Maintenance is simple and economical thanks to the design which allows immediate accessibility to all service components.

Simple controls
The compressor operation is extremely simple, by turning the operating switch the machine starts up and delivers compressed air immediately and automatically up to 24 hours a day, 24 hours continuous operation.

Safety
Standard safety features protect the compressor from incorrect operation shutting down the machine automatically in the event of:-

• Air/Oil over temperature
• Main motor overload
• Incorrect direction of rotation
   

Flexibility
Zenith compressors are fitted to a generously sized air receiver for efficiency and ease of installation.

5/6 Lobe configuration rotor profile providing higher output with lower power consumption.

Reduced power consumption
Compressor stops automatically once maximum pressure is reached. Separate thermostatically controlled cooling fans, starts only when the oil temperature reaches 60oC and switches off automatically at 50oC.

Lower Air Temperature
Efficient cooling and the larger air receiver provides cooler compressed air at outlet.

Low Sound Level
Compared to a reciprocating compressor the sound level is extremely low, the quiet operation of the air end and the absence of vibration allow a much more comfortable working environment.
